 Your appointment date(s) and service(s) will be secured when the non-refundable deposit is received. The deposit amount is determined by the artist and is based on the total quote or package price. All bookings for weddings are made on a first-come-first-served basis.

  1. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit. We recommend all deposits be paid within 3-5 days to guarantee your bookings.

  2. The remaining balance is due the day of the wedding before services begin. Prices are subject to change as styling needs change, services are added, or travel distance change. Prices do not include gratuity. We accept cash and EMT (email money transfer).

  3.  The client signing the contract will be responsible for the total fee of the purchased package or quote (herself and her party) and may permit only one other to authorize/submit any changes and arrangements for the wedding party. Changes made by anyone other than the individual signing or listed on this contract are not allowed and considered invalid.



The location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the artist needs to complete the services.

  1. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the artist at said location.

  2. Ample lighting whether by means of natural light or lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly.

  3. Artist will arrive 15 minutes prior to the time scheduled for setup.



The location of the clients’ event must be mentioned prior to booking. A flat rate of $15.00 is charged to all clients. Unless otherwise specified a travel fee of $0.50 per KM will be issued to all clients outside the city limits. Additionally, any parking costs that occur are charged to the client. If there is complimentary parking at/near the event, please specify beforehand.



Client(s) agree to release the artist(s) from liability for any of the following, please read in full.  

  1. Inform your Artist of any allergens before your appointment begins. Any skin conditions should be reported by the client to the artist prior to application, and if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.

  2. If your immune system is low/compromised, please advise your Artist and consider rebooking for another date, appointments are always available.

  3. Note: your Artist does not require masks or face shielding devices to be worn during appointments. Proper sanitation will be covered in full during appointments and in aftercare with the products and tools. This includes full sanitation of ALL products before and after your appointment.

  4. Your Artist is not required to wear a face shield or mask during appointments as instructed by a licensed medical doctor as of 01.01.21. ( Proof of such exemption will be supplied to those who inquire further) if there are any questions or concerns regarding this feel free to email your artist:

  5. IF by slight chance, your Artist is immune-compromised at the time of your event, bookings will be modified and place into the care of GLAMAWAY Inc. for your event needs. Pricing will be honored. All clients will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible awareness.




The final balance is due on the day of the event as one payment before services are performed – no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract.

  1. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash and EMT. Cash is the preferred method of payment & gratuity is welcomed and much appreciated.

  2. In the case of securing an event deposit the email below should be used in the form of an e-transfer payment to Kylee Michelle.



All deposits paid by the client will be refunded if the contract is canceled within three (11) days of contract signing and date. After the grace period, if the client should cancel the booked event, the deposit will not be refunded.

  1. If the artist cancels at any time or unable to perform her duties for any reason, 100% of the deposit paid, will be refunded by EMT within two weeks, and efforts will be made to assist you in making other arrangements.




I, give my consent to be photographed with the understanding that my picture could be used in the future for advertising, on a website, and or in a portfolio for future clients to view. I understand my given name may be disclosed with the use of my photograph. No additional information will be released to the public unless otherwise agreed upon.
